Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Stir in the minced garlic and garlic powder to create the garlic butter. Set it aside.
- Season both sides of each steak generously with salt and pepper.
