- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken, 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, and hashbrowns. Stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with extra bacon and green onions before serving.
