Easy Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls Recipe

    • 1 lb pork sausage (hot or mild)
    • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
    • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 ½ cups Bisquick baking mix
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
    3. Gradually add the Bisquick baking mix, mixing with your hands or a spoon until the dough comes together and is easy to form.
    4. Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them onto the prepared baking sheets, spaced evenly apart.
    5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
    6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
