Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the cubed chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly browned.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
