Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatballs tough.
- Take a heaping tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a smooth ball. Place the meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Continue forming meatballs until you have 18-20 meatballs.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve the meatballs with your favorite pasta and sauce, or enjoy them as an appetizer.
