Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Bites: Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices like garlic powder or paprika.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken in a single layer and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
- Prepare the Honey Butter Sauce: In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add honey and stir until smooth. If desired, add heavy cream for extra richness.
- Combine Chicken and Sauce: Once the chicken is cooked, pour the honey butter sauce over the chicken. Stir to coat evenly and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with extra black pepper or fresh herbs if desired. Serve with rice, salad, or as an appetizer.
