- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet for 4-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine and let simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy ranch sauce. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
