Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 wheel of brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until cranberries soften and the mixture thickens. Set aside to cool.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circle on the prepared baking sheet, overlapping slightly to form a wreath shape.
- Spoon the cranberry mixture onto the dough, leaving a small border around the center. Place brie cubes on top of the cranberries.
- Fold the pointed edges of the dough over the filling and tuck them under the base to secure the wreath.
- Brush the dough with melted butter and egg wash.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and the brie is bubbly.
- Let the wreath cool for 5-10 minutes before garnishing with fresh rosemary or thyme. Serve warm.
