Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the honey glaze generously over each salmon fillet, ensuring an even coating.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets for added moisture and flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end to caramelize the glaze further.
- Let the salmon rest for 3 minutes before serving.
