  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Brush the honey glaze generously over each salmon fillet, ensuring an even coating.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets for added moisture and flavor.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end to caramelize the glaze further.
  8. Let the salmon rest for 3 minutes before serving.
