- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare the Cobbler Base:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract until the mixture is crumbly.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Create the Snickerdoodle Topping:
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed snickerdoodle cookies, brown sugar, and melted butter. Set aside.
- Assemble the Cobbler:
- Sprinkle the snickerdoodle topping evenly over the cobbler base.
- In another bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon for the coating, then sprinkle it generously over the entire dish.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cobbler is set.
- Allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
