  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Fresh herbs (chives or parsley), chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat Your Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix the Ingredients

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
  • Stir until well combined.

3. Prepare the Baking Dish

  • Grease a small baking dish (around 8×8 inches) with cooking spray or a light coat of oil to prevent sticking.

4. Pour the Mixture

  • Pour the egg and cottage cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Spread it evenly across the dish.

5. Bake the Eggs
