Instructions
1. Preheat Your Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix the Ingredients
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
- Stir until well combined.
3. Prepare the Baking Dish
- Grease a small baking dish (around 8×8 inches) with cooking spray or a light coat of oil to prevent sticking.
4. Pour the Mixture
- Pour the egg and cottage cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread it evenly across the dish.
