- 1 pound ground sausage
- 8 slices bacon
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slider buns
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: hot sauce, diced jalapeños, or sliced avocado for added flavor
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). - Cook the Bacon:
Fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain. - Cook the Sausage:
In the same skillet, crumble and cook the ground sausage until browned and fully cooked. - Prepare the Eggs:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet until fully cooked. - Assemble the Sliders:
- Slice the slider buns in half.
- Place the bottoms of the buns on a baking sheet.
- Layer with cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- Bake the Sliders:
Place the assembled sliders in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are slightly toasted. - Serve:
Remove from the oven and serve warm. Add optional toppings like hot sauce, diced jalapeños, or sliced avocado for extra flavor.
