  • 8 slices bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: hot sauce, diced jalapeños, or sliced avocado for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the Bacon:
    Fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.
  3. Cook the Sausage:
    In the same skillet, crumble and cook the ground sausage until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Prepare the Eggs:
    In a bowl, whisk together the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet until fully cooked.
  5. Assemble the Sliders:
    • Slice the slider buns in half.
    • Place the bottoms of the buns on a baking sheet.
    • Layer with cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon.
    • Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  6. Bake the Sliders:
    Place the assembled sliders in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are slightly toasted.
  7. Serve:
    Remove from the oven and serve warm. Add optional toppings like hot sauce, diced jalapeños, or sliced avocado for extra flavor.
