- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 8 large eggs
- 8 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted

- Chopped green onions
- Sriracha or hot sauce
Instructions
- Cook the Bacon:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook 8 slices of bacon until crispy (8-10 minutes).
- Drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces.
- Prepare the Eggs:
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the eggs.
- Gently stir for 3-5 minutes until the eggs are fluffy. Let cool slightly.
- Assemble the Sliders:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the rolls with bacon, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese. Place the top halves back on.
- Brush melted butter over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake:
- Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
- Let the sliders rest for 5 minutes before serving.
