Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

Optional Add-Ins for Extra Flavor:

  • Diced bell peppers
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sriracha or hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the Bacon:
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook 8 slices of bacon until crispy (8-10 minutes).
    • Drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces.
  2. Prepare the Eggs:
    • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
    • Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the eggs.
    • Gently stir for 3-5 minutes until the eggs are fluffy. Let cool slightly.
  3. Assemble the Sliders:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in a greased baking dish.
    • Layer the rolls with bacon, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese. Place the top halves back on.
    • Brush melted butter over the tops of the rolls.
  4. Bake:
    • Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
    • Let the sliders rest for 5 minutes before serving.
