Instructions

1. Prepare the Puff Pastry:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into 2-inch squares to form the base of the bites.

2. Assemble the Bites:

  1. Place each square onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Add a small piece of brie cheese in the center of each square.
  3. Top the brie with a spoonful of fresh or dried cranberries.
  4. Sprinkle sugar over the cranberries, if desired, for added sweetness.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry squares over the filling and pinch them gently to seal.
