Instructions
- Cook the Beef:
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. - Set Up the CrockPot:
Transfer the cooked beef to the CrockPot. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans, beef broth, and corn. Stir well to combine. - Add the Spaghetti:
Place the uncooked spaghetti noodles on top of the mixture. Do not stir; let the noodles sit on top of the liquid and sauce. - Cook:
- On Low: Cook for 4-5 hours.
- On High: Cook for 2-3 hours.
Check the spaghetti during the minimum time to ensure it is tender.
- Add Cheese:
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the spaghetti. Cover and let it melt for about 10 minutes. - Serve and Enjoy:
