Easy Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 6 breakfast sausage links, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Cook the sausage links in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet, let cool, then crumble into small pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until just set. Remove from heat.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  6. Place a small amount of scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, and shredded cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
  7. Roll each triangle tightly, starting from the wide end and tucking the sides slightly to seal the filling.
  8. Arrange the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
