- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Optional: diced jalapeños, hot sauce, crumbled bacon, shredded chicken, pepper jack cheese
- Tortilla chips or crunchy veggies for serving
Instructions

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Spread the cheesy mixture evenly into a baking dish or casserole pan.
- Layer the diced tomatoes, sliced olives, and green onions on top.
- Add the remaining cheddar cheese on top and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or crunchy veggies.
