Ingredients

    • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup salsa
    • 1 packet taco seasoning
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1 cup diced tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
    • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
    • Optional: diced jalapeños, hot sauce, crumbled bacon, shredded chicken, pepper jack cheese
    • Tortilla chips or crunchy veggies for serving

Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
    3. Spread the cheesy mixture evenly into a baking dish or casserole pan.
    4. Layer the diced tomatoes, sliced olives, and green onions on top.
    5. Add the remaining cheddar cheese on top and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is melted and bubbly.
    6. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or crunchy veggies.
