- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Protein:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and your choice of protein (ground turkey, chicken, pork, or tofu). Sauté the protein, breaking it into small pieces, until fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). - Add Vegetables:
Stir in the shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. - Flavor It Up:
Add soy sauce, minced ginger, and garlic to the skillet. Mix everything well to coat the vegetables and protein in the flavorful seasoning. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes. - Finish and Serve:
Drizzle sesame oil over the mixture for a nutty flavor. Serve warm in bowls, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
