- Activate the Yeast:

- Mix the Dough:
- Add all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture.
- Stir until the mixture forms a shaggy dough.
- Knead the Dough:
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface.
- Knead for 5-10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Use the heel of your hand to push the dough, fold it over, and repeat.
- First Proof:
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap.
- Let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
- Shape and Use:
- After the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into portions if making multiple pizzas.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Add your favorite toppings and bake on a preheated baking sheet or pizza stone at 475°F (245°C) for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
