- ½ cup chopped nuts
- Drizzle of white chocolate
Instructions
1. Prepare Your Workspace:
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Measure all ingredients and keep them ready for smooth preparation.
2. Melt the Chocolate Mixture:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth.
3. Coat the Chex Cereal:
- Place the Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the cereal.
- Gently toss to evenly coat all cereal pieces without breaking them.
4. Add Powdered Sugar:
- Transfer the coated cereal into a large resealable bag or a mixing bowl with a lid.
- Add the powdered sugar and shake or toss gently until the cereal is evenly coated.
5. Cool and Serve:
- Spread the coated cereal onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Let it cool completely before serving or storing.
