Taco Ranch Bites: Your New Favorite Snack!

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • Crumbled tortilla chips (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning with the cooked meat until well combined.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the meat mixture with the cream cheese and shredded cheese. Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
  5. Using a mini muffin tin, scoop the mixture into each cup and press down lightly to form bites.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the bites cool slightly before serving. Garnish with crumbled tortilla chips if desired.
