- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup finely chopped white onion
Big Mac Sauce:

- 2 ½ tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: A Tangy and Flavorful Condiment
- Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, sugar, yellow mustard, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Mix Well: Stir the ingredients together until they are well combined and the sauce is smooth.
- Set Aside: Set the sauce aside while you prepare the other components.
2. Cook the Ground Beef Mixture: A Savory Foundation
- Preheat Skillet: Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add Ground Beef: Add the ground beef, finely chopped white onion, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Cook and Crumble: Cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon or spatula as it cooks, until it’s fully browned and no longer pink, and the onions are soft and translucent.
- Drain Grease: Remove skillet from heat. Drain off any excess grease from the skillet.
3. Prepare the Baking Dish and Slider Buns: Setting the Stage for Assembly
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease Baking Dish: Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish or sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Slice Buns: Slice slider buns in half. Do not separate individual rolls.
- Place Bottoms in Dish: Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the prepared baking dish, keeping them connected.

- Add Top Buns: Place the top halves of the slider buns, and brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake Fully: Return to oven and bake for another 3-4 minutes.
Option 2: Adding the Tops of the Buns
- Spread Sauce: Spread the remaining Big Mac sauce on the underside of the top buns.
- Place Top Buns: Place the top buns on the sliders, aligning them with the bottom halves.
6. Prepare the Butter Topping: Adding a Golden Finish
- Melt Butter: In a small bowl, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the microwave or on the stovetop.
- Brush and Sprinkle: Brush the tops of the buns with the melted butter. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the buttered tops.
