Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Sheet: Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make a smooth batter.

Place on Baking Sheet: Place the battered cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they’re not touching.
-
Bake (First Time): Bake for 20 minutes, or until the batter is set and the cauliflower is starting to brown.
-
Make Buffalo Sauce Mixture: While the cauliflower is baking, mix the Buffalo sauce and melted vegan butter in a separate bowl.
-
Toss in Sauce: Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in the Buffalo sauce mixture, making sure each floret is well coated.
-
Bake (Second Time): Return the sauced cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.
-
Serve: Serve immediately with vegan ranch dressing, celery sticks, or your favorite dipping sauce.
