Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 pt. strawberries, bottoms and tops sliced off and hollowed out
- Crushed graham crackers, for garnish
Instructions

Beat Cream Cheese: In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or in a large bowl using a hand mixer), beat the softened cream cheese for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Add Heavy Cream and Powdered Sugar: Add the heavy cream and powdered sugar and beat until fluffy.

Transfer to Piping Bag: Transfer the mixture to a piping bag (or a resealable plastic bag with a corner snipped off).

Pipe into Strawberries: Pipe the filling into the hollowed-out strawberries.
