Description

This recipe, “Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries,” is a delightful combination of fresh, juicy strawberries and a creamy, no-bake cheesecake filling


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 pt. strawberries, bottoms and tops sliced off and hollowed out
  • Crushed graham crackers, for garnish

Instructions

 

  1. Beat Cream Cheese: In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or in a large bowl using a hand mixer), beat the softened cream cheese for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add Heavy Cream and Powdered Sugar: Add the heavy cream and powdered sugar and beat until fluffy.

  3. Transfer to Piping Bag: Transfer the mixture to a piping bag (or a resealable plastic bag with a corner snipped off).

  4. Pipe into Strawberries: Pipe the filling into the hollowed-out strawberries.

  5. Garnish: Garnish with crushed graham crackers.

  6. Serve: Serve immediately or chill for later.
