For the Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips (about 1 pound/450g)

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into ½-inch strips

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into ½-inch strips

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into ½-inch strips

  • 1 red onion, sliced into wedges

  • 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil


Instructions

Preheat your Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C) while you prepare the ingredients.

In a large bowl, drizzle the chicken strips with vegetable oil and sprinkle generously with fajita seasoning. Toss well to make sure every piece is evenly coated.

Add the sliced peppers and red onion to the bowl and toss again, ensuring everything gets a good coat of seasoning.
