Ingredients
For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thinner cuts preferred)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup low-sugar BBQ sauce

1 cup diced pineapple

6 strips bacon, cooked and diced

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For Topping:

Extra diced pineapple

Green onions, diced
Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking oil.
Step 2:
Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Step 3:
Spoon the BBQ sauce evenly over the chicken, spreading it to coat.
Step 4:
Scatter the diced pineapple evenly over the top of the sauced chicken.

Sprinkle the cooked, diced bacon and sliced red onions over everything.
