  • 100 g mascabado sugar
  • 4 tablespoons skim milk

  • 100 g instant oats
  • 100 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, oil, mascabado sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Add the grated apple, oats, whole wheat flour, and baking powder. Stir until a homogeneous mixture forms.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
