Description

These Air Fryer Churros are a quick and easy take on the classic treat, made with puff pastry and coated in a cinnamon-sugar blend. Crispy, buttery, and ready in minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry dough sheet, thawed
  • Non-stick cooking spray or oil
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and coat the bottom of the basket with oil or non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut the thawed puff pastry sheet in half lengthwise, then cut into one-inch strips.
  3. Spray or brush both sides of each strip with oil to ensure crispiness.
  4. Place the strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. While churros are cooking, combine the sugar and cinnamon in a gallon-sized plastic bag and shake to mix.
