Description
Bundt Pan Nachos are a fun and delicious twist on classic nachos, baked in a bundt pan for a unique presentation. Perfectly layered with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and crunchy chips, they’re great for game day, parties, or a family snack night.
Ingredients
Scale
- ½ pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup diced yellow onion
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 8 ounces Colby jack cheese, shredded
- 12 ounces bag of tortilla chips (Tostitos brand – use about ⅔ of the bag)
- Optional garnish: sour cream, diced tomatoes, chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Spray a 12-cup capacity bundt pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, diced onion, salt, and pepper for 6–7 minutes until no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
- Return skillet to medium heat and stir in water and taco seasoning. Cook for 2–3 more minutes until liquid is mostly evaporated. Remove from heat.
- Layer half of the shredded cheese into the bottom of the prepared bundt pan. Add half of the beef mixture and then ⅓ of the tortilla chips. Do not pack the chips down.
- Add remaining cheese, the rest of the ground beef, and another ⅓ of the tortilla chips on top. Avoid overfilling; just create an even layer.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place a large, heatproof plate over the bundt pan. Invert the pan so the nachos are transferred onto the plate. Remove the bundt pan carefully. Replace any cheese that may have stuck to the pan.
- Top with optional garnishes such as sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use freshly shredded cheese for better melt and texture.
- Be sure to use a heat-safe plate when flipping the bundt pan.
- You can swap ground beef for ground turkey or plant-based alternatives.
- Customize with jalapeños, guacamole, or salsa for added flavor.
- Serve immediately for best crunch and flavor.
