- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar mixture (for topping)
- Optional: 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tray with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth to form the filling.
- Fill each muffin liner halfway with batter, add a dollop of cream cheese filling, and cover with more batter.
- Sprinkle the tops with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted into the muffin (not the filling) comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
- Do not overmix the batter to keep muffins tender.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
