- 2 1/2 cups quick oats
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup mini M&Ms
- 1/4 cup mini white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
- Stir well using a wooden spoon or your hands until fully combined. The mixture will be thick and sticky.
- Using a 1-1/2 tablespoon cookie scoop, portion the mixture and roll each scoop into a ball between your hands.
- Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Remove from the fridge and enjoy!
