Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 16 sliced pickles
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until no longer pink. Set aside.
  2. Place tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20-25 seconds until pliable.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat. Spread a thin layer of mayo and ketchup, then add 4 pickle slices, 1 slice of cheese, and about ½ cup of cooked beef.
  4. Wrap each tortilla like a burrito, folding in the sides. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place the wraps in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown. Brush with more melted butter if desired.
  6. Let cool slightly, cut in half if desired, and serve.
