- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 16 sliced pickles
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until no longer pink. Set aside.
- Place tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20-25 seconds until pliable.
- Lay each tortilla flat. Spread a thin layer of mayo and ketchup, then add 4 pickle slices, 1 slice of cheese, and about ½ cup of cooked beef.
- Wrap each tortilla like a burrito, folding in the sides. Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place the wraps in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown. Brush with more melted butter if desired.
- Let cool slightly, cut in half if desired, and serve.
