- 1 (18 oz) box brownie mix, dry
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
- For Dipping:

Instructions
- Place the softened cream cheese in a large bowl. Using a handheld mixer, beat on medium speed until it is completely smooth, creamy, and free of lumps.
- Add the Cool Whip to the bowl and mix until it is smooth and well combined with the cream cheese. The mixture should look light and fluffy.
- Add the entire box of dry brownie mix and the milk. Mix everything together until smooth and completely combined.
- Fold in most of the mini chocolate chips, reserving a small handful for garnish.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top.
- Arrange graham crackers, pretzels, and fruit around the bowl for dipping.
- If making ahead, cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 day. Stir briefly before serving.
