Instructions
- Spoon the cottage cheese into a microwave-safe bowl to create your high-protein base.
- If not already cooked, brown the ground turkey or chicken sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Layer the cooked turkey or sausage over the cottage cheese in the bowl.
