  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries or diced apples
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Baking Dish:
    Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Cut the Cinnamon Rolls:
    Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters. Place the pieces evenly in the prepared dish.
  4. Mix the Egg Mixture:
    In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  5. Combine:
    Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces, pressing them down gently to ensure they soak up the liquid.
