Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Make small slits in the chicken to help the marinade soak in.
  2. Create the Marinade:
    In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours for more flavor).
  3. Preheat the Oven:
