  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ground Beef
    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
    • Drain any excess grease and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the Pasta
    • While the beef is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
    • Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  3. Combine and Make the Sauce
    • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the ground beef.
    • Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine.
    • Sprinkle in the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  4. Simmer and Serve
    • Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.
