    • 1/4 cup chicken broth

    • Fresh basil leaves, chopped
    • Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

    • Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, ensuring they are submerged in the sauce. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
  4. Garnish and Serve:
    • Garnish with fresh basil and extra Parmesan cheese before serving. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes like pasta, roasted vegetables, or crusty bread.
