  • 110 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 60 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 20 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 45 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until evenly distributed.
  2. Place a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Add about 120 grams of filling to the center. Fold the sides in and roll tightly to form a burrito shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.
  4. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Brush each wrap with the garlic butter, place seam-side down in the skillet, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Brush the wraps with more garlic butter and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until lightly crisp and thoroughly heated.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauces like ranch, marinara, or creamy garlic aioli.
