- 480 grams cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 110 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
- 60 grams shredded cheddar cheese
- 20 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 45 grams unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until evenly distributed.
- Place a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Add about 120 grams of filling to the center. Fold the sides in and roll tightly to form a burrito shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Brush each wrap with the garlic butter, place seam-side down in the skillet, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Brush the wraps with more garlic butter and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until lightly crisp and thoroughly heated.
- Serve hot with dipping sauces like ranch, marinara, or creamy garlic aioli.
